Soul Crypt
The Soul Crypt is the third area which features floors, with milestones as completion rewards. Soul Crypt has 100 floors, each with increasing difficulty.
Unlocking
The Soul Temple and Soul Crypt areas are both unlocked when entering the portal to Soul Realm. The Soul Temple features a Soul Key object, which allows unlocking new floors in exchange for Soul Stones and Soul Keys, as well as showing the rewards and bonus rewards obtained in each floor. You can unlock new floors this way only until floor 20.
Unlocking floors above floor 20 requires upgrading the Soul Crypt Floors in the Soul Forge. As of v2.20.5, floor 100 is the highest possible floor.
Loot
See more here.
Clearing a Soul Crypt floor drops Soul Particles as well as Soul Keys, the amount depending on the floor and your Soul Shop upgrades (see below). Clearing a Soul Crypt floor also has a chance of giving Bonus Rewards, providing Soul Entities and Soul Stones. The chance for receiving bonus rewards in the Soul Crypt increases by 2.5% per floor, which gets rounded to the nearest even number (resulting in a 2/3% increase) starting on 2% on floor 1 and ending on 50% on floor 20 (without the Soul Shop upgrades). Floors 21 and above drop Empty Soul Leaves, with bonus reward dropping more.
Information
Every floor's boss and enemies have around 1.5x health than last floor's. Same goes for damage. Keep in mind that the slapping damage required for each floor is Health/16 with Soul Trout and Health/14 with Nuclear Trout.
The exact health for every floor is:

Strategy
Once you get the e89 slap damage required to beat the first crypt floor (if you don't have this yet farm soul stones for more damage upgrades) you should then brew card parts to max out the soul crypt enemy cards, this will help massively for farming the crypt.
Once you start getting more resources, the first upgrade you should buy is the borb taxi as it allows you to afk the crypt, although you won't be able to do this just yet until you buy some of the soul shop damage upgrades. Each floor of the crypt has 125x the health of the previous floor meaning 2-3 damage upgrades are required to progress to the next floor. Damage upgrades should be prioritised first as higher floors give better rewards and a higher bonus chance, once you max out the damage upgrades on a certain resource, you can then max out their respective brew multiplier upgrades.
Eventually once you max out all the crypt resource upgrades, you’ll have to start brewing soul flasks. These are extremely expensive and require a lot of iridescent essence to brew, farming Spectralseeker cards which give borbventure reward bonuses, can help with obtaining the purple lean juice for more efficient brewing. Brewing card parts and increasing snowman cards also help to reduce the time you spend brewing.
Once you reach floor 20, a new area will open up containing the Soul Mirage boss, to defeat him you will require at least 2.5e91 slap damage with the Soul Trout, which means farming soul flasks for the next 10 years of your life 😢. Tower boss cards increase the damage to that respective boss, and since The Crypt has the same bosses as the Tower, it is recommended to farm those in order to be able to AFK on higher floors. You should also get a Blowing Enemy Damage crafting set for that.
Increase your legendary cards cap, after increasing it to above 1200, farming Empty Soul Leaves becomes worthwhile. (credit to nohearu)
