Slapping

Slapping is done by clicking on an enemy while a slapping tool is equipped. The resulting damage scales based on Player Damage.

Clicking is not required once Auto Slap Bot and Faster Auto Slap Bot are purchased from the Gems shop.

Note that slap damage scales off blower damage, so increasing blower damage will also increase slap damage.

Uses

• You may find that the first time it is really needed is to finish the Pyramid, when boosts can be obtained from Crafted Ancient Leaves.
• Important for Bosses.
• Can be used to defeat Tower Bosses.

Trouts are upgraded with Pearls (excluding Soul Trout as it uses Raw Soul Stone and does not spawn) which spawn in The Hidden Sea. At level 10, they gain a bonus of Slap multiplier +100%, and at level 100 they gain Slap multiplier +200%.

Like Shovels, upgrading all trouts takes more of one specific material than other Tools, but trouts increase damage more due to their level 10 and 100 bonuses, so upgrading should be a priority. For example, while the Large Trout scales up to 990% slap at level 99, it goes to 2000% at level 100 and then 2020% at 101.
