Hotkeys

Options

Hotkeys for shops and other windows can be viewed and modified by going to Options > Hotkeys. Letters, Numbers, and Symbols can be used, and so can other keys such as F1 and PageDown. If you set the same key for a different function then the hotkey of the first function will be removed, which can be done to erase a hotkey setting.

One notable function that can have a hotkey is to show or hide the HUD (heads-up display). Hiding windows and information makes it easier to see the edges where leaves or materials may lie. Another useful key is to refresh trades.

Pressing space confirms dialogs and is used as a hotkey in crunch dialogs. You probably don't want to set this as a hotkey in options because that will mess up the default behavior.

Clicking Reset will clear hotkey settings (it will not edit a hotkey that performs a reset, even though it looks like the other settings).

Crafting

These can be seen by hovering over ? in the upper right corner.

• Space — start/stop crafting
• Ctrl-LClick — quick salvage
• Shift-LClick — move leaf between inventory and backpack
• Alt-LClick — reroll RNG quality
• Alt-RClick — reroll leaf properties
• Alt-MClick — reroll shards
• Mouse wheel up/down — select property

Arrow Keys

Up and down arrow keys scroll through a list, like the mouse wheel or tapping and dragging on mobile. However arrow keys can be slow, so hold down Shift to make them scroll faster. Or hold down Ctrl to move to the top or bottom of the list.

If one shop is being viewed, press right or left arrow keys to cycle to the adjacent shop. This comes in handy when upgrading early leaves and Flasks.

The player can be moved with arrow keys instead of the mouse. To do this, go to Options > Gameplay and set Player control to Keyboard. If the player position is locked, then it must first be unlocked with Right-Click before arrow keys will work.

Numbers in text boxes

• left-click to increment by 1
• right-click to decrement by 1
• hold Shift for an increment of 10
• hold Ctrl for an increment of 25
• hold Alt for an increment of 100
• hold Shift+Ctrl for an increment of 250
• hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt for an increment of 2500

For larger numbers such as tower floors, these same keys can be used but result in larger increments.
