Leafton Pit

The Leafton Pit is the final area in Quark Ambit. It was introduced in version v2.23.0. The area features an enemy rush mechanic. The goal is to defeat as many enemies as possible in a set period of time.

The Leafton Pit has a total of 180 milestones, varying between different floors and the required number of kills.

Killing at least 1 enemy within the time limit will reward you with Leaftons, which you can use to unlock floors and purchase upgrades from the Leafton Shop (see upgrades below).

Unlocking

Purchasing the Unlock Leafton in the Structure Shop will unlock both the Ante Leafton and The Leafton Pit areas.

The Ante Leafton allows you to change/unlock floors. Although, it's possible to do the same remotely from the Quark Reactor menu. Additionally, the Borb Taxi returns you here when you die.

Unlocking floors requires a set amount of Leaftons, increasing with each floor.

Loot

Defeating at least 1 enemy in any floor (clear) reward loot. Every clear guarantees Leaftons as a reward. Additionally, you can get Quark Structures, Quark Blobs and Quantum Blobs as a reward.

Furthermore, by purchasing the Quark Boosted Enemies upgrade in the Leafton shop, enemies can get Quark Boosted, similarly to Soul Boosting. This will increase their health, but yield double the rewards when killed.

All of these values assume that you are using Bellows, have at least 1.2e10 blower power (very important) and have wind artifact on auto use.
