Gem Shop

Cost is not affected by discounts. For upgrades with multiple levels, n is the number of upgrades currently owned. Costs are rounded up after calculation.

General

These upgrades are effective permanently except in certain Challenges (ie. Bingo, Bingo++, and many Speedblower challenges).

Pets

These upgrades all affect Pets.

Borbventures

These upgrades all affect Borbventures.

These upgrades all affect Dice.

Mines

These upgrades all affect The Mines.

Offline

These upgrades all affect Offline Rewards. They are effective permanently, except in certain Challenges.

	Offline Seeds	10	350 * 1.1n	+1 random seed per offline minute.
	Offline Artifacts	1	750	Collect 5 Artifacts per 2 spawn cycles.
	Offline Ancient Leaves	1	450	Enables offline earnings for Ancient Leaves. Gain +2% from the highest cleared Pyramid floor reward. At least one pyramid floor must be cleared for this upgrade to take effect.
	Boss Offline Timer	1	200	Spawn timer of Bosses continue even when offline.
	Offlinechemy	1	1500 (1.5 e3)	Enables offline brewing. Brew efficiency is 25% of the base rate, with a max offline brew count of 720. Recipes must have auto-brew enabled to work offline. Does not work with time skips.
	Offline Brew Rate	10	650 * 1.3n	Increases of rate of offline brewing by 10%.
	Offline Brew Count	10	400 * 1.2n	Increases the max offline brew count by 216.

Time Travel

Purchase Offline Rewards as if you had waited offline for that time.

A Strategy

1. All Leaves+ costs 75 Gems, which can be earned early on through natural gameplay rewards.
2. BLC Coins x3 costs 250 Gems and is extremely useful for mid-game progress, though likely requires a DLC purchase, waiting a long time for Daily Rewards/Trading, or playing lots of the Borb Claw Machine. Notably does not create a 15x bonus in combination with Ghost Leaf, but rather an 8x bonus.
3. It's mine! costs 75 Gems and allows you to retain your tools, making for faster crunches as well as improving general QOL.
4. Crunchy Tower (1st level only) costs 300 Gems and allows you to MLC immediately after an MLC, without unlocking anything else. As such, it is nearly required for quick progress at the MLC stage. This is not possible on the current version of the game as the upgrade is not available until you reach tower floor 500.
5. Auto Dig Bot costs 400 Gems and is hugely useful as soon as you have a shovel (which is basically the beginning of the game). It becomes extra useful once Artifacts are unlocked, since you can dig up artifacts and auto-digging is one of the best ways. It would go higher in the list, except it's not strictly required to progress, and is expensive.
6. Faster Auto Dig Bot costs a variable amount, but never that much. If you have Auto Dig Bot, it's worth it to upgrade it to the speed of your best shovel.
7. Material Magnet costs 650 Gems, expensive but worth it to be able to collect large amounts of Materials, once that becomes important to you.
8. Time Travel skips are based on Offline Rewards, which can be a useful method for gaining Artifacts and Materials when you have the appropriate upgrades and gems to spare. (This is typically in the endgame.) Always buy 72h skips, as they are the most efficient.
9. MLC Coins x3 is the other option instead of Crunchy Tower. It costs 350 Gems (so is more expensive) and doesn't allow for as rapid progress, but it used to be the best. It doesn't provide a huge bonus if you already have Crunchy Tower.
10. All Skins are purely cosmetic and are therefore considered last priority.
