Progression/MLC

Your first MLC should be performed around 40 mega leaf coins so you can get the more tower floors upgrade. After doing your first MLC, claim your achievement gem and rush back to where you were, in the tower. A good way of accomplishing this is by getting the offline crunches upgrade and the offline BLC in the BLC shop. Then because your highest BLC hasn't been reset, you'll be getting millions a minute, which you can invest in more offline upgrades. Once you get back to the tower and beat Bob and the other bosses (which can be cheesed with gravity ball) you will find an extra 20 floors. using gravity ball and wind to clear easily, with vortex if you get blown away, clear the floors up to 120 and MLC again, now for thousands. Get Master of MLC and More Tower Floors, along with authority, and repeat. After your third crunch, you'll have enough for the offline crunch upgrades for MLC. With these, you can sleep while racking up MLC for unlocking the Infernal Dessert and Unique Unique Leaf and the crunchy upgrades (Crunchy Uniques, Crunchy Pets, Crunchy Areas etc) and get back to the tower incredibly fast.

Strategy

In regards to silver and gold tokens, unlock their converters and auto upgrade bots and with bunnyo you can buy the upgrades in the token shops at an insanely fast rate. Get crafting upgrades in the MLC, Moon Leaf, and Sand Leaf shops and craft lava-silicone leaves with BLC or preferably, MLC buffs. Save up cheese(you need 5k) though, for you'll need it, beer(you need 1k), and mulch(you need 100k) to unlock the Pyramid.
