Piling is mentioned at Offline_Rewards#Leaf_Rewards. A longer discussion would be appropriate under a new heading on the Blowing page. I'm doubtful that it needs a separate page here. ScriptFactory (talk) 17:20, 24 August 2022 (UTC)
Piling that I plan on putting here is more towards strategy and how it works. The reason for a new page for piling is that it is a major strategy in late BLC onwards. It is to the point where its a noun in the LBR discord community. I'm planning on adding more parity to the wiki from the discord pins.
Yeah I can see how that information is valuable to add to the wiki, but keeping it separate from the Blowing page means that there are now two different places to look for information on how to gain leaves by blowing. That also means the Blowing page ends up being short and not very informative. Since it's a commonly used word, that's what creating a redirect is for, so you can still say ''See also: [[Piling]]`` on other pages, and it would redirect to Blowing#Piling. One more note about the discord pins: I think it's a good idea if wikis aim for more longevity than mere strategy guides. So try to avoid specific details from pins that are likely to change from version to version, such as the exact number of BLC recommended at a certain stage. (Specific numbers in the game such as how much something costs or how many HP a boss has are appropriate for the wiki though, even if they often change in new versions). I think it's helpful to adapt information from the pins but generalizing some of it before adding to the wiki. ScriptFactory (talk) 20:51, 24 August 2022 (UTC)

I'm trying to write it such that its progression agnostic. It will have multiple parts as its also a part FAQ cause this is a topic that has a lot of confusion about it. As Piling appears in multiple stages of the game, it is unlikely that this will unintended mechanic of the game will be removed. RDMPixel (talk) 21:36, 24 August 2022 (UTC)
